• As a District Manager I am responsible for maintaining the entire district to perform at a high level. I maintain a close working relationship with all departments and give equal support to each. I am responsible for giving a high quality job to the customer and following up with them on any and all concerns that may arise. I work closely with sales and make it to numerous sales meetings so the customer can know the management on a local level. I am responsible for reviewing all expenditures at the district and to ensure that they are necessary and needed. I am responsible for ensuring that the overall work experience for all employees at the district is a satisfying one and that they have a very strong grasp of what is expected of them. I also ensure that all decisions made by any of the department heads is fair and ethical.

• As a Field Technician for an engineering firm I would test and observe soil processing for moisture cad percent compaction. Run tests on all types of clays, sands, asphalt, and concrete. Quality control of excavation and backfill in commercial and residential areas. Inspect all stages of building completion. Test asphalt compaction for major highways. Direct work crews on job sites to ensure quality performance.
