I am also an Accredited Mediator (London School of Mediation).Considered a “driver of change” my core skill-set is leading global digital transformation programmes such as Deloitte’s integrated off-shore service delivery model that encompassed Cyber, Enterprise Applications, Technology Integration and Outsourcing and went on to become 50% of the entire global consulting business - recognised as No.1 by industry analysts.As Managing Partner of Deloitte’s consulting business, I doubled the size of the practice over 4 years by creating a new leadership team, executing bold investment plans, refreshing our service offering, improving technological capability and leading a number of strategic acquisitions. At the end of my tenure I had established UK Consulting as the best performing practice in the industry.Passionate about technological advances, in 2012 I saw an opportunity to create a digital service line as businesses geared up for greater on-line activity. Deloitte Digital was the first of its kind and grew to over 600 staff and became one of Deloitte’s most profitable service lines.
