ToGoTechnologies is a SaaS business providing branded web and mobile applications which power digital ordering in the restaurant industry. As a co-founder and CIO, I have been responsible for designing the web and mobile applications from the ground up, building the information technology team and infrastructure, hiring and managing onshore and offshore engineering teams, and overseeing the successful construction and implementation of our software platform.

Led operations and product management for AIM’s IntelliJet division. Worked with engineering to improve and stabilize our legacy platform, ExpressClaim. Worked directly with with the executive team as well as systems analysts, project management, and engineering to define and develop the IntelliJet platform. Oversaw new payer and provider implementations as well as post-implementation customer service.

As the SME on the AIM ITS program, I worked with business development to present our ITS solution to over 40 Blue Cross plans nationwide. Worked with engineering to modify invoicing process for ITS claims. After proof of concept phase was complete, worked with customer service to make program operational.

Directed business development for the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania markets. Cross-sold more business that any other Market Director for 2004. Solidified relationships with all payers in the market. Sold AIM services to both healthcare payers and providers.

Managed the client services team responsible for 20 of our largest payers, including Humana, Wellpoint / Anthem, BCBS of Florida, Coventry, and Texas Medicaid (TMHP). Primary responsibility was to drive throughput of claims from quality assurance, to payer approval, to invoicing and payment of fees. Consistently met team production goals. Worked onsite at BCBS of Florida to automate the claim adjudication process, resulting in faster payment of AIM fees. Worked with engineering to automate the offset submission process for TMHP, resulting in faster payment of AIM fees.
