Playing Career 3 World Club Championships 1 off only 3 Welsh players to score in the FIFA World Club Following a career as a professional football player, I started my own business in 2001 undertaking football coaching in school environments. Following this however, I developed a business in football tours, negotiating accommodation and travel for your young players across NZ and AUS for travel to UK and Europe. This involved selling the tour to the public as well as negotiating tour activities and games with professional clubs across the UK and Europe. Working with professional clubs, I arranged trials and opportunities for aspiring players and supported their travel arrangements around the world. Much of this work involved brokering deals for young players, communicating with a wide range of individuals on a professional level to ensure successful cooperation and working practices. This often entailed managing contracts, negotiating fees and problem solving on a daily basis. All of this work involved a high level of gaining trust with professional clubs, parents, players and travel and accommodation providers. I built successful relationships with all parties which continues to this day. I have also been involved in negotiating Funding for Tour arrangement with overseas governments. In addition to Tour Business, I also set up and manage a UK based sports educational programme which has involved sourcing venues, marketing, negotiating fees, managing a small staff and overseeing over 160 pupils across 4 venues.
