Product Director, Digital Consumer Products
CurrentResponsible for strategy and development and maintenance of all digital consumer products, including public-facing websites and apps• Manage a dedicated team of Product Owners• Identify areas of expertise that need to be hired or contracted. Manage department budgets• Manage agencies and other vendor partners• Determine gaps and opportunities for new technology offerings. Identify technology partners to provide NM with superior and competitive digital services• Participate in NM’s digital strategy and planning sessions• Develop key indicators against which digital efforts will be measured. Create a corresponding analytics framework to monitor performance• Prepare regular performance reports for Executive Team• Provide digital training and guidance to a range of marketing specialists• Represent NM at industry conferences and in digital healthcare partnerships
