Supervised 3 or 4 full-time employees and 2 contractors. • Monitored all end-of-life parts and last-time buys of components, ensuring no "line down” occurrences in manufacturing. • Kept multiple projects moving while keeping resources focused on top priority projects and prepared, providing updates in status and priority update meetings.• Prioritized tasks of the team to handle multiple projects (cost out, end of life of components, customer requests, and field issues) assigned to the team at any given time, enabling members to meet program deadlines with high quality. • Lead projects that saved in excess of $4M in product cost out.• Led a team to find a resolution to an end of life component issue, with a potential risk to sales of over $16M. Drove the team to validated replacement displays, worked with compliance team to secure the necessary regulatory approvals and then released the new displays into production on or before promise dates.
