High Energy Laser Weapons Program Manager and High Energy Laser Test Director. Subject Matter Expert on Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) for the U.S. Air Force Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC); supporting DE weapons system development planning; responsible for providing technical, management, and operational expertise in research, analysis, and exercises. Provided document requirements support during the development of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Airborne Laser RDT&E program.
