Oversaw the production department with an annual output of ~5700hL, including the operation and maintenance of 6-head CBK bottling line, scheduling of brewing and packaging, creating SOP’s, recipe design, pilot brewing, kegging, assisting with the barrel program, establishing QC tracking and testing, hiring and training packaging staff, revamping the cleaning and sanitation procedures, upgraded the brew tracking, trained on and worked with EKOS system, and managing the warehouse. During my time I also reduced packaging losses by 54%.

Managed production department with an annual output of ~30,000hL. Oversaw all aspects of production including scheduling of brewing, filtering and packaging, setting packaging splits to meet demand, inventory control and supply ordering, as well as preparing weekly and monthly reports. Managed a staff of 6-15 people; responsible for hiring and firing, disciplinary action, and organizing team-building events. Actively part of Quality Control processes such as establishing and enforcing Go/No Go policies, off-flavour training, weekly meetings including sensory panels, barrel aging/souring, DO and losses tracking and reduction, and recipe refinement. Started the safety committee and held monthly meetings; also acted as the main liaison for WorksafeBC. Various Project Management roles including organizing and executing a 12 brewery collaboration pack, and collaborating to complete a comprehensive employee handbook and S.O.P. manual.
