My Career has focused around business and effective and commercially viable management and improvements. Through engineering i have introduced and managed various projects in compliance (ISO standards) and commercial cost evaluation and reduction applications. I have tailored business management and commercial packages to the benefit of clients from many business sectors and structures.I am now applying the practical hands on approach to support all of the clients at Silver & Co to help them grow and develop especially during these more difficult times for businesses.
