The service was delivered by a dedicated team of Psychiatric Nurses and Mental Health Care Assistants. The service was delivered 24/7/365 nationwide and internationally, funded by the HSE following a Europe wide open tender process. I am proud to have developed and lead this unique and innovative service from its inception in November 2006 until January 2016. During these years by actively and humanely managing risk the dedicated staff team maintained a 100% patient safety record.
