I then assist with rolling out a plan to bring those ideas to life throughout the organization and into each individual’s role and goals. We come out with hard-won language that really connects and compels us forward, and yields gold for “brand DNA” building and marketing copywriters. Leadership coaching:Developing managers and executives through a clearly defined process that covers; personal vision, values, drivers and strengths to empower authentic, sustainable growth and self-leadership; and accountability through to desired outcomes.I also facilitate 360 degree feedback surveys. Conflict mediation:I train people for, and then referee conflict so that it can be healthy.When able to combine these offerings in one organization over time the fun really begins;We can change how clients are treated, how conflict is handled, how meetings are run, how talent is approached, developed and retained, how your brand is built, how, or even if, you expand or consolidate etc. even how tricky budgetary decisions get settled because; when we connect everything up to the purpose, in a coherent way, all of those decisions become far easier to make quickly and correctly... many of them, when viewed through the prism of Purpose, Vision, and Values, should become so obvious that they can even be made and enforced everyday by your staff!
