Young people are also placed under PACE legislation through the Police.I lead a Strategic Senior Leadership Team and an “outstanding’ staff team of around 155 personnel, managing cultural change and being part of managing a service to young people across England and Wales.The service includes the following multi-disciplinary teams:- Education teachers, Inclusion coordinator and teaching assistants, which is led by a Head Teacher. - Residential and dedicated night practitioners,senior practitioners and team managers, which is led by a Deputy Service Manager and the joint Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).- Dedicated interventions and quality assurance team, which is led by the Intervention Health & Strategic Services Manager.- Our Healthcare team, which includes a full CAMHS and SALT service headed by an Operational Health Lead through our service level agreements and contracts through NHS England. - Our front of house, administrative, finance, catering, domestic and maintenance team, led by Support Services Manager.Our contractual and regulatory stakeholders acknowledge the bespoke services we provide to young people across England and Wales. Local Authorities nationally, YJB, Police, advocacy services, trade unions and regulatory bodies.Over the last 2 years Clayfields House has been an 'Outstanding' provision judge by Ofsted. The senior leadership team are a formidable and 'outstanding' team and i am so proud to be part of the team.In addition to the above role since September 2012 I've provided an independent Consultancy role to local authorities, local businesses, trade unions and individuals who have workplace disputes relating to Complaints, Grievances, Disciplinary, Harassment or Employment Tribunals issues.I provide an independent arm to local authorities in undertaking investigations or providing third party view relating to workplace disputes.I pride myself in having 100% success record, including having represented myself at an employment tribunal and winning 100% of my claim!!In addition to the above we undertake independent regulation 44 visits on a consultative basis to open residential regulatory units and secure custodial settings.
