• Perform site assessments of Department of Defense clients to analyze cybersecurity needs to meet NIST 800-171 compliance.
• Participate in screening calls to clients to help explain assessment methodologies and gain insight to wants and needs of the client.
• Provide written reports of the cybersecurity assessment, which includes roadmaps of any recommendations and findings of the assessment.
• Communicate with the Industry Expansion Solutions team, NC State security professionals, and DoD clients to plan and organize the site assessments and the methodologies used.

• In charge of coordinating between the entire intern group, managing basic documents, leading meetings, and anything generally related to high level organization.
• Schedule weekly meetings and room reservations, manage team by leading meetings as well as lead new intern orientation (with HR and Marketing teams).
• Work closely with intern manager to keep team on track and keep up with what is going on within the team and within the university related to OIT.
• Promote knowledge transfer of the program (i.e. job shadowing) and review Annual Report and validate accuracy of data and review with manager prior to publishing to website.

• Develop new and update current documentation for the open-source cloud computing platform, VCL.
• Contribute documentation to a top-level Apache Software Foundation project.
• Plan and execute revisions to NC State’s VCL website.
• Modify and update various base Windows and Linux images.
• Meet with members of the shared services and help desk units to discuss improvements to documentation.
