During these tenures, I provided support for the helpdesk, troubleshot, diagnosed, and resolved technical hardware and software issues while ensuring the maintenance and health of physical and virtual servers. Moreover, I utilized NewRelic to monitor the health and uptime of servers. I was responsible for conducting monthly maintenance on servers and systems. Along with this, I offered excellent Tier III support for 14 locations. Furthermore, I leveraged and managed Rock RMS, a church-focused CRM. In addition to the above, I performed various tasks, such as maintaining the Azure SQL database, configuring IIS, and managing URL redirects and DNS. Not only that, but I also established dev environments for testing purposes. Along with the above tasks, I built and maintained multiple Windows VM clusters running on Dell VRTX and M1000e hardware while utilizing Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager to manage on-premises clusters and virtual machines.Selected Contributions:• Installed, configured, maintained, and educated end users on Skype for Business (formally Lync) as a phone system.• Facilitated a successful domain migration with minimal downtime by directing team members in the migration of 300 user accounts and planning, implementing, and leading action plans for the migration of 20 domain controllers.• Developed and executed installation and maintenance strategies for the Dell Compellent storage array, allowing the IT team additional virtual servers for company growth.• Created and configured cloud infrastructure to migrate all servers to Azure, allowing excellent reliability, eliminating the need to purchase new hardware, and increasing security.• Played a critical role in RockRMS (CRM/ERP platform explicitly designed for churches) installation by learning how to set it up, configuring needed hardware, modifying the network as required, defining suitable security roles, and conducting QA on new deployments.
