I have 20+ years experience in the telecommunications business. During the last 10 years at 2 Degrees and in my spare time I was able to use my growing skills and passion for coding to develop a number of tools and apps for the business to improve business processes. To name just a few of my projects, I have developed a spare part managements tool written in Excel VBA which streamlined and automated the order and management process and saved the company over $700,000 NZD. Currently I'm re-developing this tool into a modern web application. Another project of mine is a database driven web application for cell site information and access details with integrated turn-by-turn navigation which is widely used within the business and by external service support partners. Other projects simplified and automated everyday tasks for the business and my team.My expending skill set includes many modern web technologies and languages and is continuously growing driven by my hunger for knowledge and the joy for coding.
