Led a team assessing the severity, extent and risk posed by soil and groundwater contamination associated with the development and operation of the oil fields in Southern Iraq. Program Managed the design and initial stages of the clean-up effort focussed on the recovery of oil from produced water pits, pipeline leaks and processing of oily sludges and the bioremediation of soils and sediments impacted by crude oil arising from oil and gas production and separation.
