• Management, supervision, recruitment and training of 10 staff• Production management of 4 weekly and 10 monthly mainstream magazine titles• Production scheduling for editorial, advertising and marketing departments• Budget maintenance for printing and graphic reproduction for approx. 50 million dollars p/a• Contract and price negotiations for printing, graphic reproduction and hand finishing• Print and graphic reproduction quality control• Maintain technical specifications and requirements• Compensation negotiation with suppliers and clients
