To maintain contact with all Call Desk in accordance with the needs of operation. To repair, service and install all equipment to a high standard.To maintain adequate levels of spares stocks.To establish and maintain good customer relationships.To improve technical expertise in order to provide maximise equipment at all times. Lone working on Customer premises. Manual Handling of tools, equipment & calibration/verification required. Extensive driving between customer sites. Flexibility and understanding to achieve customers service level agreements.
