Senior Manager- Registration & Timing

• Launch and maintain registrations for up to 150,000 unique participants across 40+ events annually. Ensure all registrations are operational and provide users with streamlined experience. Manage quality assurance functions, effectively communicate all deadlines and functional specifications for each listing and obtain final approvals prior to launch from key team members.• Oversee registration operations for all events including ordering race numbers, timing tags, corral planning and bib assignment, packet preparation and distribution. Manage volunteer team to ensure efficiency for participants on event day.• Develop comprehensive timing plans for all events. Process includes managing data for the event, race number assignment, label preparation, race day timing functions, publishing results, post-race management of timing inquiries and errors, finalize results after event and distribution of post-event awards.• Manage registration and customer relations staff by providing leadership, guidance and support. • Act as primary liaison with technology vendors by tracking and reporting any issues and staying informed on any system updates. Communicate organization needs to vendors and find ways to implement the full suite of services provided.• Conduct staff training sessions for technology platforms and led on boarding process to ensure success rate.• Develop reporting tools and processes to track registrant data to meet departmental needs• Ensur positive customer experience by proactively managing and growing customer relationships from the individual to the corporate membership level.• Review external communications to ensure consistency and clarity to customers.
