Training Specialist - (Electronics)
Current• Develops curriculum for Active and Reserve Component students of the Network Integration Officer, Battalion S6 Officer, and Signal Digital Master Gunner (S-DMG) Courses. Provides guidance for the Command, Division Chiefs, Course Managers, Supervisors, Small Group Leaders (SGL), Instructors/Facilitators, and Subject Matter Experts (SME) on training design, techniques, and developing training strategies that ensures progressive, sequential, and nested training requirements to support the Army Learning Concept (ALC). • Maintains current knowledge of TRADOC and Signal Center policies and regulations relating to education, training, and development of support products providing educational soundness of training objectives, test materials, training materials, implementing of new ideas and methods or techniques. • Develops Program of Instructions (POI), Course Administrative Data (CAD), Master Training Schedules (MTS), Course Management Plans (CMP), Individual Student Assessment Plans (ISAP), Training Support Packages (TSP), and Individual Training Plans (ITP) in accordance with TRADOC reference / support documents: TRADOC PAM 350-70-2 thru 11. Develops lesson plans, instructional media packages, and student slides, study guides, training aids, and practical exercises in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70. Develops and validates criterion-referenced test based on training objectives. • Conducts analysis to identify training and education gaps, and provide guidance and direction for the development of intervention strategies. Assist the leadership teams to collect, analyze and interpret performance deficiencies, future mission and program needs through on-going assessment and develop instructional solutions to enhance improvement efforts.
