Paula is a Director of the Resolution Institute. Since 2016 she has contributed to support Resolution Institute members and is the current Chair of the Resolution Institute Facilitative Committee. Paula has the Australasian rights to the training, Working Together- Collaborative Communication Skills (WT-CCS). This program teaches a facilitative model of issue resolution by focusing on self and other awareness and collaborative engagement. It is a program that builds emotional intelligence for dispute resolution.
