Given the changing landscape of our culture, I have had the opportunity to observe needs in the community & create innovative, effective programming relevant to the issues interfering with satisfying, healthy lives.I've worked in both private & non profit organizations, stretching limited funding to serve a large number of people & have been president of my own company, expanding my clinical skills to those required of running a small business. In addition to a clinic setting, I work with clients in their homes, school, businesses or institutions. I have facilitated numerous groups (process, topical, educational) & collaborated on projects with schools, community businesses & in in-patient settings. As an employee assistant affiliate, I have a broad range of experience with diverse companies, both on & off site at client businesses, offering informational speeches, critical incident response debriefing, individual & company support, assessment, diligence and recommendations for best practices. I have special expertise in treating trauma, substance abuse & personality disorders.
