Responsible for setting up Customer Resource Sites during the Emergency Public Safety Power Shut Offs in the Northern California Region. Primarily worked during Wildfire Season, as well as during inclement weather i.e. high winds, poor air quality index times, & unpredictable wildfires causing evacuations, etc. Sites offered resources for those without power, heat, and other basic needs. Warming stations, charging stations. I oversaw Customer Service Reps to give them breaks, assist with customers, etc. Covering breaks, and lunches. Kept the company abreast of any & all changes at site, of our inventory, and ongoing count of visitors, etc. Closed the site down at end of each shift.

Answering inbound calls, taking payments, speaking to prospective customers, updating records in computer knowledge base, Troubleshooting of equipment, activation of wireless devices, and upselling.
