"Study of gene expression and polymorphisms related to spermatogenesis and infertility"During my PhD, I specialised in the field of biology and technology of reproductive health as well as in the reproductive biology in mammals. My work in the laboratory was focused on basic techniques such as PCR, Western Blotting, cell culture, flow cytometry, genomics and proteomics, as well as in some other reproductive-specialised techniques (ICSI, FIV, CASA, Polscope and gametes cryopreservation). In addition, I have had the opportunity to work with different mammalian species such as mice, olive baboons, rabbits, hamsters, dolphins, pigs and humans.
