Primary partner and analysis resource for relationship managers in the management of their Commercial Banking portfolio. Analyze data and offer client deepening opportunities. Coordinate Client Management Process activities including monthly team meetings, regular updates to the Client Action Plans, pre-call planning and client planning session preparation. Produce client research for use in the sales process, and assists client team with sales presentation content. Responsible for Customer Due Diligence processes by ensuring timely and accurate compliance to policy and regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering, Money Services Businesses, other high risk indicators or industries, and related Know-Your-Client activities. Execute national and regional initiatives, self-identify audit issues, AML/KYC refresh, remediation projects and annual client migration. Manage risk activities related to commercial client accounts.

Responsible for supporting a portfolio of financial institutions and support Relationship Manager in managing a portfolio of accounts in the Wholesale Banking Group of Wells Fargo Bank - US – Global Financial Institutions Southern Region. Responsible for owning customer experience and providing a high level of service to internal and external clients. Evaluate profitability and risk of designated portfolio. Clients main point of contact for operational questions, partner with our operations team to ensure compliance with corporate policies and control standards are being met. Complete special projects to help identify and mitigate risk within the portfolio. Monitor accounts/portfolio/loan bookings to assure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Track compliance and report/escalate identified issues for resolution. Help with customer onboarding, due diligence and other associated risk management matters where required. Work closely with other lines of business to service our clients and provide additional wholesale products and services.

Provide general support to Business Banking Relationship Managers.Open new accounts, assist with customer issues, help coordinate loan closings, and actively support my Relationship Managers with customer requests.Keep up to date with operational changes to help reduce risk.

Provide general administrative support to West Central Area President. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Responsible for providing support in the areas of reporting sales and service goals. Coordinate West Central Markets special events, meetings or office functions and provide support for larger projects managed by the Central Florida team. Maintain Area President calendar on a daily basis, scheduling all meetings, 1:1’s with District Managers, invites for conference calls and area wide conference calls. Communicate with West Central’s District Managers and their administrative assistants in order to facilitate processes or responses that are needed for the area. Support the Area President by typing memos, expense reports and other executive functions

Develop new business by profiling customers and discovering personal financial needs. Understanding and satisfying the need of high net worth customers. Cross-sell Bank products through referrals, Working Leads and Service. Refer to other lines of business, i.e. Mortgage, Investments, Merchant Service, Private Banking and Small Business Banking departments.
