Report directly to the President of HCG acting as a liaison between the clients and partners. Solely responsible for creating and maintaining company policies and procedures and providing onboarding training to contract employees.

Reported to the Associate Dean of Admissions. Had the pleasure of working with the admissions team by notifying prospective students of their eligibility for institutional merit-based grants and scholarship and attract and raise the visibility of Ferrum College. Being in this position afforded me the opportunity to build and foster relationships and expand knowledge of Ferrum College’s academic programs, campus life, special programs and the athletic teams. In addition, I shared information regarding upcoming admissions events, campus tours, missing application materials, new student orientation sessions and how to become a Ferrum Panther.

Reported to the regional manager. Had the privilege of serving vocational rehabilitation, adult workforce and education agencies. My responsibilities included assisting individuals with special needs to find and retain jobs by providing one-on-one employment services. These services targeted key areas such as training, socialization and disability accommodations.

Reported to the VP of training and development. My responsibilities included creating curriculum and planning and developing course content as well as methods of instruction. Developed sales training teaching aids, multimedia visual aids and study materials. Developed online course content, including instruction modules, online syllabus, online course interactions and online multimedia interactions for course and online presentations.

Reported to the VP of corporate training and development. My responsibilities included conducting new employee orientation, developing a wide range of training materials including service excellence. While in this position, I was also the continuing medical education program coordinator. My responsibilities included planning, implementing, managing and evaluating the continuing medical education programs. Other responsibilities included the planning of conferences, meetings and logistics.

Reported to the director of human resources. My responsibilities included the training and development of new hires, (orientated new hires to company policies and procedures), developing and facilitating ongoing training classes, (telephone courtesy/communication, sales, customer service excellence, and conflict management and computer classes. While in this position, I also monitored, coached and counseled sales associates to ensure quality customer service and took overflow queue calls to support the customer care center, (provided support and leadership) during peak season. Planned, created and executed training programs and techniques to all levels of management. Responsible for evaluating assessments of employees during workshops and training sessions.
