Property portfolio consists of two properties, one retail, one commercial with 110 leases and three buildings. Serve as office manager, buy supplies, update contracts with vendors.First point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors. Maintain good working/customer service relationship with tenants, vendors, contractors. Code and input invoices into Yardi/Payscan software. Calculate and invoice tenants with +E leases. Maintain spreadsheets for properties that include, contacts, lease dates, step-schedules, COO & COI info, sq. ft., holdover rent, etc. Maintain COI logs for tenants and vendors. Enter and distribute work orders. Run reports, graphs and close work orders in Landport system. Enter all calls, personal meetings in Goldmine software. Approve pre-posting report for following month’s charges, send out rent statements, collect rent checks. Distribute Tenant Handbook and new tenant gifts for all new leases. Host quarterly tenant appreciation events, and write quarterly newsletter. Notary. Self-motivator that works well independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
