Provide comprehensive technical support to CSO led risk evaluation panels and other similar forums led by the CSO.•Provide consistent and outstanding technical performance in support of the ESD SMA Chief Safety and Mission Assurance Office leadership team for Program and ESD-level preliminary and critical design reviews(PDR/CDRs) and critical integration milestones. -Facilitate resolution of core integration issues. -Provide “grey beard” assessment of flight safety hazards, severity assignments, fault tree analyses, risk assessments, and verification plans.• Serve as ESD SMA Technical Authority representation to the Integrated Hazard review process.• Coordinating the assignment, peer review and technical concurrence of Flight Safety Office Independent Assessments specifically targeted to ESD.

Technical Work Plan (TWP) Manager (Sept. 2003-Oct. 2004). Responsible for the project planning, staffing, budget analyses, variance reporting, schedule, and TWP Management of Lockheed Martin Space Operations (LMSO) led activities for the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Certification Assessment and the Return to Flight Task Group. Combined value in excess of 2 million dollars to the completion of the Science, Engineering, Analysis and Test (SEAT) contract. Participated in the Engineering and Science Contract proposal as assistant to the Cost Volume manager (May - July 2004). Provided configuration control for Basis of Estimate development. Collated historical pricing data, integrated databases, and developed and delivered reports for the ESC pricing team. Following the STS-107 Columbia Mishap, was called to support the LMSO SEAT led Mishap, Investigation and Recovery efforts as Deputy TWP Manager (June 2003-Sept 2003). Effectively coordinated a TWP audit and successfully executed two TWPs, with a combined value of 11 million dollars, to completion by the end of the Government Fiscal Year (GFY) 2003. Prepared weekly cost summary reports and monthly status briefings for the customer. Subtask Manager (Oct. 2000-May 2003) responsible for technical and budgetary management of the LMSO X-38 Software and Simulation development tasks with a total value exceeding 3.5 million dollars from GFY 2001 to 2003. This included project planning, staffing, prioritizing, budget analysis, variance reporting, scheduling and assigning project activities, as well as technical review of simulation design and documentation.
Engineer
Supported early hardware/software integration testing between the ISS GN&C system, the Command and Control (C&C) System, and the Russian Segment Service Module GN&C and C&C Systems in the GN&C Integrated Test Facility (GITF). Developed, implemented, and executed testing procedures and scripts. Modified code for data logging, reduction, and analysis. Provided Real-time simulation executive and math model development in support of the X-38 Emergency Crew Return Vehicle Simulator Testbed. Developed and tested hardware and software interfaces. Performed evaluation testing and modification of flight and ground software. Space Shuttle Program Systems Engineering Simulator Software developer. Provided real-time pilot-in-the-loop simulation math model design and development.
