Following the STS-107 Columbia Mishap, was called to support the LMSO SEAT led Mishap, Investigation and Recovery efforts as Deputy TWP Manager (June 2003-Sept 2003). Effectively coordinated a TWP audit and successfully executed two TWPs, with a combined value of 11 million dollars, to completion by the end of the Government Fiscal Year (GFY) 2003. Prepared weekly cost summary reports and monthly status briefings for the customer. Subtask Manager (Oct. 2000-May 2003) responsible for technical and budgetary management of the LMSO X-38 Software and Simulation development tasks with a total value exceeding 3.5 million dollars from GFY 2001 to 2003. This included project planning, staffing, prioritizing, budget analysis, variance reporting, scheduling and assigning project activities, as well as technical review of simulation design and documentation.
