Responsibilities:• Management retail site with four departments: Consumer Goods; Soft and Hard Bazaar; Textile and Home Appliances and Electronic, with several logistic flows. • Coordination of a large and multidisciplinary team assuring the areas: Human Resources ; Health & Safety; Security; Quality; Process Improvement ; Maintenance; Operational and Reporting. • Responsible for the P&L.• Customer account management, ensuring compliance with SLAs and development of new business opportunities.

Responsible for all customer accounts of the Business Unit, aiming to identify needs and opportunities. I ensured the management of the Continuous Improvement plans, making the interconnection between the customer team and the operation.

Responsible for the interface between customers and the operation (storage, reception, preparation, distribution, reverse logistics and value-added services), ensuring the levels of service agreed with customers. I managed the areas of customer support, document management and stocks, coordinating a team.

Responsible for KPI's control and reporting.

Responsible for the department's reporting area.

Collaborator in projects of the Transport, Energy and Environment Division of the Research Group for Sustainable Development.

Research work in transport and mobility, in the research team of the DTEA - Transport, Energy and Environment Division, Department of Mechanics.
