Assist in billing and reconciliation of freight bills. Resolve inventory matters and assist customer's questions about inventory or freight. Provide general assistance to both customers and vendors. Software used Word, Excell, Activate, Open Erp, As well as, shipping applications of Freight Pros, UPS Worldship, FedEx Desktop Ap, and Stamps.com. Ability to learn new software quickly, adapt, and understand the special needs of a 3PL company.
