Working in partnership with Healthy Hounslow alliance to encourage and engage the community with physical activity and to support the national health services by offering a exercise referral program to those in need. Along side the health and well-being element I support the sports and development within the community, which includes the support of holiday activities and food programs, short break activities for children with disabilities and many more services. I am supported with a sports and development coach, exercise referral instructors and a fantastic central team along with great people working from within our centres.

I support 15 SLL leisure centres around Central Bedfordshire, North Herts and Rutland and a further 4 InspireAll centres in Hertsmere and Milton Keynes. My role requires me to support the operational aspects and development within the fitness facilities of the centres and manage key accounts within the contracts that we work closely with. I am also involved in new projects, refurbishments and budgets.

-Achieved one of the largest Gym Group openings outside of London.

Awarded best newcomer for Puregym UK 2012 Awarded best club opening with Puregym Milton Keynes 2012I started working for puregym in November 2012 at the club in Milton Keynes as an assistant manager, during my time at Milton Keynes I achieved much recognise from my superiors, due to my hard work and dedication I put in during pre-sale and the open. In February 2013 I went to support the puregym Luton opening and again demonstrated what skills and abilities I have, and early march 2013 I was then promoted to gym manager of pure gym Luton. Below I have listed some parts of what my job role now entails as a gym manager.- To oversee a 24/7 gym and ensure it is operating to the standards and expected.-Recruit a team of self-employed personal trainers.- Manage a rota with self-employed personal trainers and ensure my gym floor is covered with trainers at all times.-Plan and produce a healthy class timetable for my members, using my personal trainers to teach the classes.- Guide and train my team of personal trainers on how to teach and conduct classes.-Train and support my personal trainers into growing their own business and becoming successful.- Ensure my sales activity is high, in order for my club to hit its monthly targets.- Making my members happy by providing a clean, fun and great atmosphere in my club.-adhering to all company standards with regards to procedures and banking
