Directed operations for the school’s mission of International Student Programs (ISP). Consistently delivered fiscally profitable programs generating $3.4 million in tuition revenue annually. Orchestrated Student Ambassador Programs elevating integration into the local community. Engaged with education expos internationally, highlighting American systems of education. Trained faculty/staff in global awareness, cultural differences, and the values of education models across nations. Identified and directed relationships with contractors and foreign agencies, vetting potential partners, and negotiating agreements. Operated as the official institutional representative to US and foreign government agencies ensuring SEVP compliance. As primary Designated School Official, lead immigration advising, processing, and reporting in the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), supervised the i440 SEVIS US Immigration Database for the school.

Represented the school as a Relationship-Building Liaison with Embassies, Diplomats, International Corporations, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangkok. Redesigned the Admissions and Communications departments to achieve higher retention and increased enrollment. Implemented best-practice initiatives of student recruitment, onboarding, and annual re-enrollment procedures. Advocated for the school at community events, led seminars at conferences, and negotiated facility contracts. As part of the Leadership Team and Board of Directors, assisted the Head of School in annual strategic planning and financial forecasting. Chaired annual Open House Events and summer programs.

Studied at Piammitr Language School for Thai language fluency. Designed the Community Development Outreach Project within the urban poor community of Bangkok, estimated to be 4 million of the 12 million people in the city. Civil uprisings and multiple coup d’etats destabilized the urban communities, many under the preexisting strain of flooding and fragile city infrastructures. In the framework of Facilitation, our project partnered with Thai leaders to provide humanitarian aid, social services, and advocacy for the Thai people with international organizations. Developed career training programs to equip the community with relevant job-skills, education, and access to capital resources to build sustainable, reproducible micro-enterprises. Recruited foundations, companies, and individuals to invest in the start-ups. Managed the operating budget for the Bangkok project. Transitioned all project operations to Thai nationals.

My consulting company served clients including Northside Emergency Associates at Northside Hospital, Northside Urgent Care, Northside Radiology, Gainesville Radiology Group at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Cape Fear Valley Oncology Specialists in NC, Toccoa Clinic Medical Associates, and Longstreet Clinic in Gainesville. My focus was Practice Management, Operations, and ROI. I trained staff on patient/client experience, scheduling platforms, benefit verification and authorizations, pre-op plans, communication and EMR sharing with hospitals/surgical centers. I helped physicians migrate to teleradiology systems, onboard with practice management systems, lead negotiations of equipment purchases, and reviewed Insurance and Hospital contracts. Served on the Southern Medical Association team of speakers and presented on current trends in the medical management industry.

Served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations for the Medical Management Organization of physicians, hospitals and outpatient centers (surgical and radiological). Lead a staff of five senior consultants in managing the largest radiology and emergency medical care cooperative in the nation. I left after the birth of our second child.
