I have over 12 years of public administration experience with an unwavering commitment to excellence and supporting people to do their best. I began my career as a local government employee with Pasco County and it has been here where I discovered my passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of those around me. I've risen through the ranks, earning promotions based on merit, while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.I've had the privilege of working on various efforts of importance to the County (CIP Ranking/Prioritizing process; State Infrastructure Bank Loan for road expansions; Charter County efforts; Citizens Academy; Leadership Training Development; Opioid Funding Management and Disbursement; Organizational Improvements and Strategic Planning, to name a few) over several years, where not only did citizens and colleagues from internal and external organizations felt heard but they were also able effectively contribute meaningfully towards shaping policy that would directly impact their lives.Throughout it all - whether leading high-level meetings or working behind-the-scenes - I've strived to always conduct myself professionally with grace under pressure.
