Accomplishments include:• Created business, marketing and financial plans and raised venture capital to fund company. • Recruited and hired senior management team.• Led marketing efforts resulting in double-digit increases in revenue each year.• Expanded offerings from websites to multi-platform marketing model• Negotiated agreements with resellers and channel partners. • Took company from start-up to profitability to acquisition.

Messner Inc. was an integrated communications company with revenues over $100 million that provided E2E planning and strategic marketing services to a range of industries including automotive, telecommunication, finance and insurance, retail, co-marketing and internet-marketing 1998-2000 as President/CEO was responsible for setting the strategic direction including expansion into new industries. Accomplishments included:• Implemented strategic plan to diversify the agency offerings and developed new clients representing revenues of $10 million within 9 months.• Expanded portfolio of services, increased management fees improving gross margin by 30%.• Negotiated JV agreement with global e-commerce services provider and formed new company, WorldDealer Inc. 1994-1998 as Co-President was responsible for managing all aspects of the company in the Eastern US and to a large degree the profitability of the entire company. 1983-1986 Boucher Group Inc. is a Top 100 automotive retail chain. As EVP, Sales & Marketing was responsible for creating and managing marketing plans across all locations and brands. Created in-house advertising agency and developed all creative concepts, planned and placed all media.

Ford Motor Company is a major global manufacturer of automobiles. As Zone Manager was responsible for local marketing efforts and expanding vehicle sales in the Zone. Was awarded Zone Manager of the Region and Zone Manager of the Year.
