- Coordination of export and import processes in all stages, from the generation of production/purchase orders in the system to final delivery at the destination;- Daily follow-up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure shipment, monitoring, and delivery of orders;- Issuance and approval of export/import documents (proforma Invoice, commercial Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, DUE, DI, DSI, etc.) and shipment documents (BL, AWB, CRT);- Quotation and contracting of international freight and customs clearance services according to the negotiated Incoterm, as well as modal analysis;- Direct communication with partners and suppliers, mainly in the Netherlands, China, and Latin America;- Control and monitoring of financial spreadsheets and exchange rate variations;- Verification of amounts and payment processes;- Execution of export, import, and financial currency contracts with banks through simple currency exchanges and/or advance exchange contracts (ACC);- Entry of sales orders, communication, and instruction to the company's factory and distribution center;- Entry and verification of invoices;- Presentation of monthly export and import results and annual comparisons to the board.

- Monitoring orders with clients and agents abroad;- Responsible for placing orders and sending instructions to the origin;- Detailed follow-up of shipments from origin to client;- Sending booking and shipment confirmations, and monitoring the release of documentation;- Requesting reservations with shipping lines and sending reservations to clients;- Recording expenses and services for billing.

- Coordination of international relocation processes (expatriates) via air, sea, and land for large corporate accounts;- Scheduling packing, booking, shipment, and daily status updates;- Daily contact with international agents; constant follow-up with clients, including weekly status updates via email;- Requesting and analyzing client documentation; authorization for shipment; drafting documents for container pick-up/delivery at the port and final delivery at the client's residence;- Billing and process finalization.
