As Customer Services Manager, I managed several teams and contacted several thousand consumers in hundreds of different campaigns. I was the "face" and "smile" of several brands for a long time.With this enriching know-how, I gained significant insight into consumer behaviour, points of view and reaction, possible doubts and directions for better expectations management. The insights shared and the results obtained led me to grow into a Project Manager role. Then, with the very positive development of my relationship with clients, I started my career as an Account Manager. In this role, I implemented and managed dozens of promotional campaigns and incentive and loyalty programmes to achieve the objectives outlined by the brands. I've worked with the biggest brands in various sectors such as Sovena, Lipton, Président, Asus, Media Markt, Omega Pharma, Medicare, Caixa de Crédito Agrícola, BPI, Coviran, Bricomarché, MEO and Nowo, and many others.My motto is "focus on the solution" and "positive thinking". I believe that all challenges can be overcome with perspective, creativity, organization and also with a dose of good humour. 😊
