About Paula Owen

As the Deputy Project Director in a complex P3M organisation, I lead and manage complex high-value projects that deliver public sector property solutions. Through a diverse employment history, within the Civil Service, multidisciplinary consultancy and the British military, I have honed my project management, team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. I have successfully partnered with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulators, to ensure compliance, quality, and value for money. I am responsible for the leadership and team management of our partners and integrated delivery teams, overseeing and supporting a diverse and talented team of designers, project managers, cost managers, civil and mechanical engineers, surveyors, sustainability, procurement, risk managers and security consultants. I am passionate about creating sustainable and innovative spaces that meet the needs of the public and the environment. My goal is to contribute to the mission and vision of the Government Property Agency, and to deliver excellence and satisfaction to the end-users.
