As a consultant, I was responsible for creating the training scripts for O Boticário, one of the biggest Brazilian beauty companies. Those were focused on the brand’s most recent line, OUi, and involved branding, research, communication, plus teaching to trainees relevant skills on interpersonal relationships, sales and more.

Coordinated logistics, communication and marketing efforts for 45-plus events throughout the year, ranging from luncheons and golf tournaments to 1,000-plus attendees community events such as the State of Orange County Address and a yearly black-tie holiday gala. Created the online registration forms and managed RSVP lists for all events using database management software MemberClicks, and managed the Association’s sponsorship program, which grew 29% in sales between 2016-2019. Provided excellent customer service to the Association’s members, responding in a timely manner to requests and ensuring all issues were resolved within 24 hours. Also actively reinforced the advantages of joining the Association to prospective members, highlighting programs, events, activities and the predicted return on investment, contributing to the acquisition of new members. Worked closely with the Finance Department overseeing budget for each event, annual membership dues billing cycle, accounts receivable, sponsorship sales, as well as charitable donations to the CFHLA Gives program, CFHLA PAC and PC.

During that time I did the same work for two other clients: BR Malls, shopping malls manager/owner in Brazil, and Hospital Erasto Gaertner, in Curitiba. I was also responsible for starting social media accounts, strategy and content for aforementioned clients, had the opportunity to build a team focused on digital media and to prove its impact by growing interactions and brand support online.
