Both tenders were successful, then led the contract planning and implementation for both contracts. o Technical tender development and transition management for the successful maintenance services contract for Power generation assets (9 hydro and 5 geothermal stations) in NZ. o Led the implementation of the LNG Centre of Excellence, including the response to the Accenture / APPEA “Ready or Not” report into the Australian LNG industry.
