De kinderen moeten verschoond worden, verplaatst worden van de stoel naar de speelmat, in de stoel gezet worden om aan tafel te eten en ga zo maar door. Dit vele tillen, zorgt bij de begeleiders voor knie en rugklachten. Om de ruggen en knieën van de groepsbegeleiders te ontlasten, wordt er naar een oplossing gezocht, die daarbij ook de kinderen op een uitdagende speelse manier in het revalidatieproces ondersteunt.

Project personal Air Cooler for people in the slums of India - Research on location (Mumbai, Bangalore en Varadero)- Analyse (problem definition)- Visualise- Interaction designThis project was a group project with three different masters of IDE at the TUDelft.In the different parts of India it can be extremely hot and humid, but an air conditioner is expensive. People suffer from this heat. We designed a product a cooling product for Indians in the slums. The project was partly done in the Netherlands and partly done in India. For this project I spend 5 weeks in India. In this internship we did a lot of research, prototyping, testing of the working principles and usertests.
