Joining KD in 2011, I successfully established and built a dedicated Research team delivering user and consumer research to guide the product development process. My team worked with high profile clients across FMCG, Consumer, Medical and Industrial/B2B sectors to deliver NPD research both in the UK and globally (Europe, US, S.America, Asia).
