As an experienced Graphic and Visual Design professional my mission is simple – to deliver exceptional Design Solutions to my clients while effectively managing a high performing Design Team.I have spent the past 6 years working at MCH Global where I have met and exceeded all clients’ design needs. My first role within MCH Global was as a Graphic Designer where I instantly knew I had found my home. Since joining in 2018, I secured a promotion to Head of Studio & Visual Designer, where I have spent over 3 years leading the team and optimizing resource management in order to help clients meet their creative requirements.As part of my role, I have collaborated with key stakeholders, Creative Leadership, department heads and Project Managers in order to help manage and report on staff utilization, and match talent to work. I possess a deep understanding of the components of client profitability and support improvement to profitability through effective and efficient staffing.I have worked in Graphic and Visual Design for almost 10 years, having worked both in Freelance and in-house capacities. Working in both in-house and Freelance capacities has enabled me to develop multi-faceted expertise as well as deeper understanding of clients’ needs.
