My Main responsibilities are listed below :- Overseeing the development of the Onboarding process and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company standards.- Ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for Citi clients by leading a team of CAOs. Looking to exceed clients’ expectations by constantly innovating to improvethe onboarding and account opening processes.- Handling multiple projects of Multiple technologies, company sectors and time zones.- Partner with Know Your Client (KYC) Teams, the Account Opening division, and other product partners to ensure expedient, efficient and seamless processing.- Design onboarding plan and schedule for each new customer.
