I redesigned the official website and designed and built the documentation website.

I built dashboards for B2B customers utilizing our in-house API. Queralt was an IoT company and our customers required a reliable method of tracking things as small as expensive tools in a Norwegian shipyard to medical and scientific equipment in multi-floor labs.

I assisted designers and Ember.js developers in building front-end interfaces for SPAs (single page applications). I was introduced to the BEM (Block, Element, Modifier) syntax and methodology that sticks with me to this day.

I built the entire front-end of this app, as well as the content creator/editor. Gapelia was to be a cross between Medium and Facebook, for professors to publish their work.

I was brought on as temporary supplemental help for their only front-end developer at the time. I assisted the team in getting the Leaf website and tablet app to version 1.0. Leaf empowered restaurant owners to handle money, find who were their best customers, and so on. Leaf later had a successful exit.

Thankfully, I wasn’t required to fetch coffee for people. I shadowed the then co-owner of thoughtbot, then shadowed another great designer. I had minor roles in several projects but got to provide input (some valuable). I was introduced to Sass, GitHub, software development, and gained several experience points.
