Paula's professional experience includes a decade as a reporter in New Jersey and public relations for the state's largest Arts Center. At NJ Spotlight, she worked in all aspects of of the organization, including editorial, social media, grant-writing, marketing, sponsor relations, website operations, event planning and membership. As Director of Communications at the New Jersey State Bar Association she was responsible for communications with the association's 18,000 members, the public, and government officials. As the NJSBA's Director for Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement, she applied the diversity and inclusion lens on New Jersey State Bar Association events, speakers, CLE and pipeline programs, while also working closely with the affinity bars and other professional entities in the state. As Senior Managing Director for Diversity, Inclusion and Member Engagement, she expands her oversight to include overall membership engagement, initiatives and services.
