Working closely with broadcast partners across on and off air sponsorship deals and campaigns with high profile brand sponsors to maximise revenues. Setting up the Taskmaster International Production team to successfully implement the Taskmaster roll out strategy, launching productions in new territories and overseeing the creative renewal in established markets. Acquired 3rd party formats and finished tape with global potential from UK and international production companies and producers, to be produced by Lionsgate and / or distributed worldwide. Identified and secured international production companies and producers for Lionsgate to strategically partner with and negotiated those deals. Worked with Lionsgate Television’s US Leadership Team to identify international production companies and groups for potential acquisition and facilitated those conversations.

Set up Shine’s International Production team from scratch, and spearheaded the rollout, production and creative renewal of all of Shine Group’s formats globally, working with Shine’s 27 creative labels in 12 countries. Launched internationally and Executive Produced on behalf of Shine, global hit formats including The Island, One Born Every Minute, The Biggest Loser, Minute To Win It, and Masterchef – taking it from being produced in 2 territories to over 55, and broadcast in more than 195, with multiple recommissions and spin off shows including Masterchef Junior, Celebrity Masterchef, Masterchef All Stars and Masterchef The Professionals, winning multiple awards and smashing ratings records, to become a billion-dollar franchise.Worked strategically with the creative heads and MDs in Shine Group offices around the world across the development pipeline, to identify opportunities for international format roll out, deciding how those formats should be adapted for different markets, and also with the commercial teams, to spot ways to maximise revenues. Headed up Shine Group’s unscripted international co-productions, negotiating complex deals with broadcasters and commercial partners around the world to build global franchises and Executive Producing on the ground to deliver hit shows. Hired and managed multiple production teams globally, responsible for large production budgets, and delivering complex and difficult productions across the full breadth of the unscripted genre – from studio entertainment shows, to reality, and factual formats, plus worked on the ground in every major territory to Executive Produce these shows on behalf of Shine. Responsible for the overall multi-million-pound international production budget, including forecasting for the year ahead and managing that budget.
