As Zhuhai Branch Manager my primary objectives were to offer students an exciting opportunity to further their knowledge & career prospects whilst allowing them to enjoy a safe & fulfilling cultural experience in China. This role involved understanding our intern's needs so they could be placed in a role that reflected their ambitions and development requirements. It included supporting our Zhuhai internship host companies to ensure that they were capable of providing a responsible, practical and all round beneficial internship for the students we placed with them.It also involved running an efficient, happy & welcoming InternChina branch. Qualified Prince2 Practitioner and managed high budget projects (excess of 1mil GBP) to time, cost and quality from feasibility to delivery. Projects were internal and mainly IT/development focused. My ongoing responsibilities were ensuring that all structure was in place by drafting project documentation, identifying, recording and managing risks and issues in accordance with project standards and working closely with high-level sponsors & project stakeholders, which as a young graduate was a challenge but one I embraced.
