Paul Beck is the Innovation Specialist at the Colorado Education Initiative and leads The Lab at CEI. Paul facilitates innovative professional development with K-12 educators with a focus on Design Thinking. In The Lab at CEI Paul leads the Innovation Fellows Program, School Retool, and the Innovation Pilot Network (IPN). The IPN pilots innovative practices, tools, and products in partnership with Colorado schools and districts. Paul also works as a design partner for CEI's Competency-Based and Personalized learning networks. Through this work Paul facilitates systems thinking and improvement science as strategies for accelerating innovation and improvement in Colorado schools.
