Led cross functional teams to deliver numerous solutions to client. Hosted client for several technical workshops. Managed monthly financial reporting and created annual planning.

Wrote and released Bid Management Pursuit Process based on inputs from Sales VP, Billing Managers, Delivery Teams, and Contracting Managers. Created global deal reporting process that was reviewed with division president monthly. Reporting structure was leveraged to create Salesforce data format. I also lead a team of four people for Smarter Configuration Tool, which was used to select device configurations to meet client requirements.

Managed a cross function team of engineers, delivery, and finance to develop a repeatable and reproducible process to compare device and service cost information between financial and service delivery systems. Process improved system alignments from 40% to 92% and was used to support external investor relationship sessions. The process was also deployed for production equipment business unit too.

Mentored 50 Black Belt Candidates, 6 VP's for Green Belt Certification, while completing my own projects. Created a Lean Six Sigma tracking and reporting process that became benchmark for the corporation. During this role I led a number of cross functional teams that improved contracting and accounting process for domestic deals. Performed some tactical assignments that required large data analysis of client device deployments. Worked with VP's to leverage Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver Strategic PLans.

Led business improvement projects for Supplies organization. Auto Replenishment project leverage six sigma data analytic tool to determine cause of Auto Replenishment Inventory growing faster than account deployments. Two years after the project ended the findings yielded an inventory reduction of ~$3M while the number of product in the system increased by 15%. During this period I also created and delivered Six Sigma training classes to Xerox Manufacturing Organization with class sizes of 20 to 25 people.

Led fuser design efforts for various office products. Taught drafting team how perform 3d FEA modeling in Ideas drafting software. Developed thermal vision process to validate thermal modeling and changed the approach for heat distribution within fusers. Presented fuser development status during morning program calls.

Worked with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Field Services to develop a product line productivity strategy. My team worked on OSHA Compliance, South American Inventory Management, and Remote Truck Diagnostic projects. The combination of these efforts led to a $50k/unit cost decline. Left GE after getting engaged and moved to Rochester NY.

Completed several projects in Manufacturing and Design and received GE Six Sigma certification in 9 months. Projects focused on using Six Sigma data analysis approach to improve processes and improve initial design.

Developed components for ARMY R&D cannon program from clean sheet to testing proto-type. Created a configuration management process to support testing and engineering planning. Presented to ARMY officials. Created drawings per GD&T, ANSI 14.5 and DoD specifications. Provided technical support of Supplier Quality for the selection of 3rd party machining companies. Provided direction to union personal for fabrication and drafting. Developed and executed plans for system rebuilds. Had technical signature authority for purchase orders up to $1M USD.

Used GE's internal proprietary software to create gas turbine performance charts to support international sales group. Debugged the software and increased the number of products the software could simulate.

Tested automated fuel and oil tracking system for UPS local delivery trucks. Worked with software supplier to debug monthly change over issues. Found and documented hard issue for local manager, and was allowed to present issue to hardware supplier. I was also given the assignment to figure out how to connect thermal and linear position sensors to test rig pc to collect real time data. UPS R&D director sent a letter to my undergraduate dean at RIT telling him that my performance during the internship was very impressive and his team looked forward to additional intership opportunities with RIT.

Tested tank transmissions on 2nd and 3rd shift. Supported teardowns of field returns. Allowed to drive tank at test track at end of internship as a reward for my efforts.
