- Creating a Mixed Reality unit within the NH90 FAL, and deploying of augmented reality headsets in production to reduce assembly and quality control times, as well as the number of non-conformities- Managing Call for Tender at Airbus Group level- Creating and deploying production dashboard based on Skywise- Developing and deploying a semi-automatic follow-up training tool for over 1000 people- Managing the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (DELMIA) in the NH90 department to digitalize the work orders and eliminate the paper in production. Defining the action plan of futures improvements and requests- Developing and deploying a semi-automated monitoring and presentation tool for all NH90 program projects at Donauwörth (GE), Marignane (FR) and Albacete (SP)- Designing a google site and associated google drive with the aim of presenting the various current projects within the NH90 department and the different missions, and their status, of the Improvement department in Donauwörth

- Supervising the integration of robotized technological solutions in the ISO8 production room: benchmarking, testing, contacts with various aerospace industry departments and trades.- Managing projects of integration of industrial means to increase the production capacity of electronic boards in a very normative space industrial environment (Selective wave / Screwing units)- Continuous improvement of electronic board reflow and selective soldering processes, and implementation of KPIs.- Designing and manufacturing tools for manual production optimization- Writing industrial procedures (Operation / Programming / Maintenance / Qualification report / FMEA / PDP)
